Beware of Fraud! Protect Yourself

In an effort to curb the proliferation of dummy accounts, Taiwan has introduced a new provision, Section 15-2, under the Money Laundering Control Act.

This regulation aims to strengthen measures against money laundering by imposing stricter controls on account ownership and transactions.

Let's keep Taiwan safe from fraud!

1.Never lend your SIM card or bank account to anyone. Scammers usually Offer assistance in finding jobs or loans to obtain trust you.

2.Consequences include fines, imprisonment, or deportation.

3.Report any suspicious activity to authorities promptly.

4.Stay vigilant and safeguard your personal information.
